Responsibilities

 

Primary Purpose:

 

To provide accurate and prompt technical support for the Sage X3 product to qualified partners and internal sales staff via telephone, email and in person.

 

Position Responsibilities:

  • Research and independently resolve level 1, 2 calls or emails
  • Follow the support handling process for communication, escalation and resolution of product issues within Sage.
  • Deliver training to the partner community on relevant areas of the Sage X3 product, to minimize support in those areas, being escalated to Sage.

 

  • Effectively communicate hot fixes, bugs and enhancements to the solution Provider community and internal Sage Staff
  • Acquire and maintain knowledge of the Sage products, industry specific pain points and customer needs.
  • Assist with other business related activities as required by the business from time to time

Qualifications

 

  • At least 1-2 years' of working experience
  • Must have experience or knowledge in ERP.
  • Strong interpersonal and good communications skills with a good command of English language.
  • Patient and passionate about delivering knowledge and services.
  • Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
