  • Responsibilities

    • Troubleshooting customers software problems.
    • Provide basic technical support to customers via phone, email or walk in.
    • Use problem solving skills and product knowledge to remotely resolve customer’s queries in a timely manner.
    • Ensure customer issues and/or complaints are either addressed or escalated to appropriate level whilst ensuring follow through in all case.
    • Accurately record and update customers’ cases and trackers following appropriate processes




    • At least 1 year of working experience.
    • Must have experience or knowledge in Accounting or HR Payroll software (added advantage).
    • Strong interpersonal and good communications skills with a good command of English language.
    • Patient and passionate about delivering knowledge and services.
    • Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
